RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of RAW hair extensions and for sanitary and quality control reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity and authenticity of our products.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchases. If you need help choosing the right texture, length, or quantity of bundles, or have general questions, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

ORDERING PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and prepared with care to ensure the highest quality.

Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing before your order ships.

Bundles in stock will be ready to ship Same Day or Next Day. For local pick-up, an email will be sent out to schedule a time and date.

Note: During major holidays, sales events, or restocks, processing times may be extended. You will be notified via email of any delays.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Billing address must match the shipping address. If not, you will receive a separate email for you to confirm the order before shipping. You will have 24 hours to respond, or the order will be canceled.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If you experience any of the above issues, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. All orders are required to have shipping protection and a signature.
